If you would like to book an appointment outside of regular spa hours, please contact us directly to check availability and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
For guests aged 17 and under, we kindly require that an adult be present during the first session.
Lateness & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment.
We respectfully request a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Health & Safety – Lymphatic Drainage Massage
While lymphatic drainage massage is safe and highly beneficial for most individuals, we advise consulting your healthcare provider before booking if you have any medical conditions such as infections, blood clots, kidney issues, or heart conditions.
